Duluth CPA on Men’s Fraternity at Duluth First United Methodist Church

Men’s Fraternity is returning to Duluth First United Methodist Church.  The series, “The Quest for Authentic Manhood” is 24 meetings.  The first “semester” will run for 13 meetings ending right before Christmas, taking a break over the holidays, and then returning for the second “semester” (11 meetings).  The series will kick-off starting Saturday, August 29th, at 8 a.m. in the Youth Center, using the DVD series recorded by Robert Lewis, author of Raising a Modern Day Knight, Rocking the Roles: Building a Win-Win Marriage and The New Eve – Choosing God’s Best for Your Life as the stage for “The Quest for Authentic Manhood”.

Imagine the transforming power of men coming together within your church and community to honestly examine their lives and take the courageous steps necessary to embrace authentic manhood on a journey to become who God intends them to be. That is the goal of Men’s Fraternity.

When men connect in life-changing ways, a powerful ripple effect touches families, workplaces, and the church. Deeper connections with God and other men inspire participants to connect more meaningfully in all facets of their lives. They climb beyond the walls of isolation and aspire to a biblical viewpoint marked by integrity, boldness, and compassion.

Through this powerful series, men will learn to reject passivity, accept responsibility, lead courageously, and expect God’s greater reward.  Make the commitment that might just change your life…and your family.  You’ll need to order a workbook from the Men’s Fraternity website below.  We will have copies of the workbook material for the first session or two to allow time for all books to come in.  Coffee and bagels/pastries will be served.  Follow the signs to the entry when you arrive at the church.  Bring a friend.  Experience this together.
