Per our conversation today you advised that GA had not yet received the taxpayers 2008 & 2009 returns, which have been previously filed. Please note on these two returns that the taxpayer was due a refund. Please correct your records accordingly and stop all collection efforts, garnishments, liens and levies as indeed the taxpayer is current.
