Atlanta CPA: Do Your Corporate Income Tax Returns Properly Reflect Your Business Operations?

Atlanta CPA: Do Your Corporate Income Tax Returns Properly Reflect Your Business Operations?

His CPA PC has been advising Atlanta Business Owners on keeping their internal books and records for decades. Is 2011 the year you upgrade your accounting assistance to include a part time/virtual Chief Financial Officer? The below is a sample letter we might send to a client to assist with their internal bookkeeping and financial statements so that we might ensure that their filed corporate income tax returns/IRS Form 1120S & IRS Form 1120 properly reflect the business operations:

Got the data for your corporate return for 2010 along with a copy of the 2010 S corporation income tax return. Please let me know for 2010 if a corporate return has already been filed for these years as last time we talked you were still looking into it so that when we file IRS Form 1120S that we will mark it accordingly.

Please answer the same question 2010 payroll tax returns and if they have already been filed for these years as last time we talked you were still looking into it. If they have I will need copies. If you are not clear on the above two questions please call the IRS and let me know.

You had sent me a list of credit card purchases along with your 2010 corporate data please advise as to what this is for and if it has already been reflected on your company books. If it has not please send to me the break out by category/account name so that I can record.
