Atlanta CPA: Have Tax Issues…Don’t Know What to Do First?
Are IRS Collection Efforts Hitting Closer to Home?
As a Faith Based CPA Firm We Look to Serve God’s People Rather Than to Hold Them Hostage.
As such we seek to give free tax guidance to taxpayers 24/7 on our web site at www.HisCPA.com
At His CPA we look to make the complex simple by keeping you abreast of IRS Tax Representation Issues throughout the process of handling old back tax returns. The below is a sample letter we might send to a client to keep them well-apprised of sensitive tax issues:
Personal Tax Return Issues
Per my notes you never got to me the information to support the $9K of Un-reimbursed Employee Expenses that the IRS asked for on 6-6-11 on your 2010 return.
If you have not already provided this information to the IRS please forward to me ASAP so that I might.
Corporate Tax Return Issues
I suggest you go ahead and file and pay all GA payroll tax items owed. I am dropping in the mail the two older ones. These amounts are relatively minor and will be best to go ahead and pay in full.
I suggest you go ahead and file the IRS Form 940 taxes for all years as these amounts are also relatively minor.
