Atlanta CPA Presents…Precipice of Power…Chapter 34

Precipice of Power is a call to action. Economically, politically and as a world leader, America stands on the brink. A step towards destruction or a step back to morality hangs in the balance. Precipice of Power is for all good thinking American’s to lead us back to smaller government and democracy and away from runaway deficits and Socialism. For what evil lies within the hearts of man, whose passion is inflamed by the lust for power, must be stopped. Democracy hangs in the balance until good people rise up and defend America from sea to shining sea. We must never back down. We must never be afraid. We must be bold. We must act. Now.  Precipice of Power is not a call to violence but the peaceful revolution that our Constitution and democracy allows, granting us the privilege and responsibility to serve, vote and to actively seek positive change. Shirking not from our moral duty, but to do what you can locally, domestically and internationally to help seat America permanently as a beacon of democracy to a world in need. Precipice of Power will be published here in its entirety at http://www.hiscpa.com/blog/

Chapter 34

The Bureau stepping up its efforts, doubling the size of their teams to thirty-six and then doubling them again.

No budget.

No restrictions. No holdbacks. Business by the Book.

The Bureau’s book.

Whatever is necessary to complete the investigation and to perfect their goal. Complete the mandate. Surveillance of all nine Supreme Court justices and now four confirmed federal district judges and perhaps more soon. Find out exactly what they’re doing, every moment of every day and night. Job one: Do enough reconnaissance and gather enough evidence to mount any case that might be brought against them.

No matter how plausible.

With enough witnesses and all the evidence money could buy.

Or doctor.

Any case can be made.

And proven.

The Federal District judge in Washington D.C. was not one of those visited by the Supreme Court Judges.

They knew better.

No need to associate or attempt to cajole a long time federalist, personal friend and ardent supporter of the president. Everyone knew where he stood. Didn’t take a genius which predominantly all of the Supreme justices were.

Wiretaps, clandestine searches, surveillance of anyone or anything which might be needed were instantly done. The investigation was being done by the book.

The Bureau’s book.

Court orders could be signed after the fact. Documentation created later when convenient. Work the leads. Hard. Follow the sources. Turn the heat up. High. Shake the bushes. And the trees. Sleep is overrated. Results are not. It’s time to get results.

Now.

Phones are tapped. Land lines. Cell phones. Home phones. Office phones. Wives. Family members. Supreme Court Judges. District judges. Points of interest. Persons of interest.

Big brother is watching. No budget.

No restrictions. No holdbacks. Business by the Book.

The Bureau’s book.

The call came in to Supreme Court Justice Dennis Rogers faster than he had anticipated.

“Hello Dennis, this is Brad Lee in Chicago,” the Chicago federal district judge began

There was no need for introductions. Justice Rogers had just visited him last week in Chicago. Rogers recognizing Pate’s voice the moment he said hello.

Besides, they were old friends from school.

“The ball is in play,” the agreed to code words. Lee had always wanted to say that, after watching all those spy movies over the years. Finally got to act like a secret agent for real. But this wasn’t a game. Careers, lives and the fate of a nation was at stake.

He didn’t have to worry if the Bureau was listening.

He knew they were.

Supreme Court Justice Dennis Rogers slowly places the phone back in its cradle. Leans back in his chair.

We weren’t playing before. We’re not playing now.

Now, however, everyone on both sides knows that the first shot has been fired. The war begun. Never can the bullet be put back in its jacket as once fired, only it’s ultimate destination awaits. Solely its journey to be played out.

With no retreating before. And now no safe place to hide. Anywhere. On Earth. Rogers knew, as did his other co-conspirators what they faced and what was at stake. Careers. Lives. A country.

The land of the free. The home of the brave.

Attacked by a power crazed president working to extinguish centuries of democracy and a legacy of freedom. A mere nine Supreme Court judges and four Federal District judges standing in his way. The might of the U.S. presidency. All the tools and powers of a standing president who was all too ready and willing to use every legal means available in his arsenal and all those that weren’t, to bring down any who dare oppose him. Against the right of nine determined diligent Supreme Court judges and less than a handful of federal district judges.

Might versus right. The way it’s always been. They way it will always be.

Pandora’s box opened. Never to be put away until might is adequately restrained and fully contained.
