Dear Mr. Dillard:

As usual, you are awesome. I am sorry that I missed your call. When I’m in with patients, I will usually call back right after finishing with the patients. However for the last two days, I have been toggling patients with being in meetings with various people to get an idea of the future course my business. I still don’t have clear direction so I must keep all options available.
