Duluth/Gwinnett CPA: What Makes a Great Employee?

I have been asked lately to consider what makes a great employee and I reduced it to three personal characteristics. Of course an employee needs to have the required skill set and technical ability to perform a position/job, but with these personal attributes their success quotient soars.

Three Characteristics of a Great Employee

1. Obedient. Knowing What to Do and a Willingness to Do It is the first step towards success.

2. Good Communicator. Being able to talk with superiors, peers, subordinates, clients and suppliers is essential to moving a business forward.

3. A Team Player. Having a willingness to all pull in the same direction is essential to an entity’s success.
