To Help Keep your CPA Fees down I suggest ASAP we close the two companies that we are not as active in and do all of the remaining business of these two entities in your remaining S Corporation.
We will still need to file a final tax return for these two entities and can do so with the 2010 Corporate Income Tax Return/IRS Form 1120S.
You would need to notify the GA Secretary of State’s office to let them know. If you need help with doing this I will be happy to provide the name of an attorney to assist.
