We pray you had a blessed and highly favored week! We had a group from Niceville, FL come up for the weekend and celebrated Christmas with many different groups.
Either grab your bible or open up.www.biblegateway.com if you are on your computer and read that passage. Our words will only go so far but His words are alive and eternal and will change you. Take 5 minutes and stop whatever else you are doing and read that passage. We guarantee it will be worth it!
We pray everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving! We sure did around here! We had a few hundred people show up for street ministry in the morning and then had a HUGE feast here at the Garden afterwards.
As Christians, we so easily throw around the verse, "He must increase and I must decrease" but do we truly mean it? How often do we pay lip-service to God and not follow it with our actions? John the Baptist knew who Jesus was and he also knew where his identity belonged.
We pray this finds you blessed and highly favored once again and that your focus is on Jesus today and not being distracted from the things of this world. We must be careful because sometimes we may even be distracted by "godly, good" things and not have our eyes on Christ.
Isn't it amazing that people were walking, eating, and learning from Jesus himself, yet so many people did not recognize Him at all for who He was. We can think about how blind those people must have been but what about in our own lives?
