Christian CPA on Serving and Providing for the Homeless

God’s faithfulness and provision! Our children finished school on Friday and we are glad to say that all of the women and children are moved into the new dorm! This past Saturday, we took a group of bikers underneath the bridges. See some of the photos we included in this email from the day. (We would love to start our own bike ministry here at 7 Bridges so if anyone has a motorcycle or two they would like to donate, we would love to take them off your hands for you!)

As I write this email, God is still showing up and showing off! As of just a few minutes ago, our sister and friend, raised $400.00 to help us by a brand new stove for the kitchen. We told her a greater need we had was 18 ceiling fans for the new dorm downstairs. She went to Home Depot and through just telling people what she was buying them for, 5 men walked up and handed her $100.00 each for the new fans!!!! Stories like that do not happen in the natural! Only our Lord and Savior can orchestrate something like that! So, all praise goes to Him! We now have 18 new ceiling fans and an extra $400.00 to work on the stove!

 Thank you for your prayers and support of this ministry. We know we can do nothing apart from the Father and we know that we cannot do it without your help as God uses you to expand His Kingdom through 7 Bridges to Recovery. Pastor 7 with 7 Bridges to Recovery is doing great things to Feed the Homeless of Atlanta while spreading the word of God. I suggest you go down and see what he is doing on the weekends to take the message to the streets of Atlanta. Feeding the Homeless of Atlanta 

The Ministry is called 7 Bridges to Recovery and is located at 2875 Brownsmill Rd SE Atlanta, GA 30354. The purpose of the ministry is “The purpose of the ministry is to rescue our brothers and sisters off the streets and help them break the binds of homelessness, alcohol, drugs, sexual addictions, prostitution, and abuse.” 

” The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”  

At present there are two large construction needs in process with the first being to build out the dorm area where ladies and their children can stay and sleep together. The dorm when built out will be able to support approximately thirty homeless mothers and their children. Also there is a need to have Pastor 7 on-site predominantly full-time and the build out of the apartment will allow him to do so. Pray to see what God might have you do to serve Him in your community. God Bless You Each and Every One. Please note that also the ministry has an ongoing need for those to worship with their hands and feet by offering to assist with construction projects on site. 

Providing for the Homeless takes much more than a good meal on Thanksgiving. We are looking for church groups and individuals to partner with us throughout the year to Get God to The Lost, The Last and The Least. Below please find a few of their ongoing physical needs.
